supposedly non-smoking room but definitely heavy smoke smell especially from the fan in the bathroom...

The desk person was very nice and tried to help with offering spray when we reported that our room reeked of smoke.

The front door looked sketchy and while the decor in the lobby looked updated the hotel felt dingy and really smelled of pot and musty smoke. Our room was decent enough for the smoke smell in our room was overwhelming and made our eyes burn.

I liked the fact that the staff paid attention to the fact that I was a single occupant and changed my room from the first floor to the second floor.

That staff was not available when checking in or out. No presence of staff anytime you walked by the desk.

Hotel staff was very unprofessional and basically I have no proof that I checked in at the hotel. When I insisted, she told me that I would get it in the morning. When I asked in the morning, she lied that she email it, but never did. Something is fishy.

Bed was uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned well - dirt and hair in the corners on the bathroom floor. Dated facility, and the TV volume was preset to a max. I couldn't hear the TV, so I just didn't watch it. Very loud AC/Heating unit.
