Priceline charged my card but did not forward the money to quality inn so I had to pay with another card and money was tight. Now I have to prove I was double billed and my money is being held up in my bank and I have the hotel hassle of finding a computer to do screen shots. How is that not in your system..

The desk person was very nice and tried to help with offering spray when we reported that our room reeked of smoke.
Negatives:
The front door looked sketchy and while the decor in the lobby looked updated the hotel felt dingy and really smelled of pot and musty smoke. Our room was decent enough for the smoke smell in our room was overwhelming and made our eyes burn.
