Positives:
Very clean. Accept my 2nd time staying there. The room had a funny smell but overall the room was in good shape. Both times I have stayed there have been great and especially for the price and deposit. The staff was friendly and very professional
Positives:
Location - easy on, easy off I 71. Did not encounter any nasty smells. Bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Waking up to a nice hot buffet for breakfast topped it off. Pool was open till 11pm.

Showed up at the room we were given an it was already occupied. Two main elevators were out of order therefore only 1 elevator was used for all guests and it was old and slow. Part of false eyelash left on bed from someone else. Noisy hotel. Dated hotel.

Better than expected seeing many mixed reviews on Google. The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
We were on the 6th floor and the elevator was sketchy. The front desk clerk said it was serviced the day prior to our arrival. We stayed one night and it was no longer working when we left the next day.

Location and comfortable beds. Free breakfast though it wasn?t advertised.

Staff wasn?t helpful , main elevators weren?t working.

Everything was great besides that one thing

Only thing didn?t like was I had a few mosquitos in my room that I had to kill

Staff attitude-held a 45 min conversation with guest whom was already checked into their rooms just wanting to know different room types while the line grew longer big inconvenience for a busy morning
