Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Was not informed about no towel service or cleaning of room. Would not accommodate us with a 2 bed room even though booked for our extended day and the hotel was near empty that day. Pool was closed. Air conditioner leaked and floor around it was soaked.

Negatives: Hotel wasn't a 3.5 star.. I would rate it a 2.5... hotel also charged me for a charge that I didn't know about. It also didn't refund me the $100. Deposit, I had to contact the manager for the refund and about the $16 plus charge.. Manager was very nice.

Positives: The location was awesome! Close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and easy access to downtown. Easy to get around and plenty to do less than a mile from the hotel. Very convenient place to stay.
Negatives: The hotel was dated, staff were very slow and no one was manning the front desk at 3pm check out time. The chair was stained in our room and the toilet and bathtub were worn out.

Positives: Nothing! Pool closed, did not state on website. Closed since last year due to a child drowning and staff just informs you parts not in, no maintenance guy etc. Restaurant and Bar not open, staff states due to no staffing. Run down, filthy and disgusting.
Negatives: Everything! Lamp shades with holes, and broken on lamp, filthy, stains on bed skirts, run down, cleans room every 5 days. Pool closed (due to child drowning last year) states no maintenance, no help, gross, run down, no updates, not typical holiday Inn

Positives: Everything was great but the staff being so kind was the best part.
Negatives: The only thing I would change is getting locked out while in the court yard. I was told the key thing is temperamental and doesnÂ't work sometimes.

Negatives: cleanliness of the room and hotel itself, you can tell they tried to remodel but it was not the best of remodels. The hotel room had a weird smell. so better ventilations and cleaning products should be used.
