Clean pool, very warm. Friendly staff. Good location. Got pizza from Tipp City pizza, and it was delicious. Bed was comfortable. Room Clean and smelled fresh. Enjoyed the hot breakfast with biscuits and gravey, eggs, sausage, Waffles etc. Would recommend!

TV a little small. But no big deal.

Bed was comfy and room was clean. Breakfast was perfectly adequate.
Negatives:
The room smelled faintly of cigars, the bathroom door wouldn't close because the hinges were falling off, Biggest annoyance was the broken elevator during our stay.
