There was no Hazlenut creamer for the coffee; only half and half and French Vanilla. 'Not a big deal, but would've been nice. Since it's hard for me to walk, I didn't like having to walk half a mile to my room! What was the architect thinking when the elevator was put at one end?

The fact that we got stranded on New Year’s Eve with a broken car and your front desk person was able to get their husband to fix my car for Cash because I couldn’t get any help in town and I was stranded with my whole family staff was very helpful

My room was rough. Blow dryer didn’t work at all, room was hot all night even with air on cool, key cards erased often and had to be reprogrammed. P
