Location and price. Beds were comfortable enough.

It has no character and looks shabby. The paint was peeling off our room door. The hallway floors and elevator didn’t look clean.
The worst is the hideous new decor in rooms. Style and color is so cheap looking. Designed by a 30 year old man? We stayed at this hotel a decade ago and it was a much nicer hotel then.
Room had no full length mirror and bathroom design not comfortable, particularly for a woman.
Breakfast was lacking and eggs ran out when we were there but no more was brought out?
