Asked for non smoking room. Room smelled like smoke. Hairs in bathroom tub drain and floor. Old unit upstairs and no elevators. Wife was upset and hard to get upstairs.

Layout is very nice. However...Fireplace did not work as advertised, I killed one very lathe cock roach on the carpet, there were very few kitchen utilities, no tissues, the veranda was extremely dirty.

Hotel employee was amazing! We arrived early and needed to access our room so we could make it to a family celebration on time. Even though they were short staffed, hotel employee found us a room and got us checked in. He was very nice and very helpful! Room was clean!!

We did experience smoke coming through the vents when we came back to our room. Not sure how to avoid that.good thing we were too tired to care.

Hotel double charged me by mistake and I had to have my room changed and when I got to new room there was dirty linen and bags of trash in the room. Had to wait on the lady at the front desk to come and get them

Very bad smell in room when we arrived. Had to go to front desk for air freshener to get room presentable. Front desk person said "OK" when made aware of problem. Not very customer friendly.

The room was spacious and had everything that we needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We have recommended the Sonesta ES Suites to everyone we talked to. We will definitely stay here the next time we have to come to Cleveland.

Checked in and approved for late check out by check in attendant but was harassed by cleaning staff who said I was not approved for late check out at noon which I was. It was rude.

Not much. The room was outdated and very dull. Bland colors. Stains on the carpet. The best part was that it was quite. Being that there was nothing in the area.

Yes the whole room was so basic. The soap was so cheap and so was the coffee maker and complimentary coffee.

No towels in room, no shower curtain in bathroom, no blankets for pull out couch, food still in fridge from previous customers. The bathroom had hair everywhere in the shower. We had to clean the bathroom complete before we even used it.
