Negatives: The parking lot does not connect around to both sides of the building, so there are really two separate parking lots to access from main road. A little awkward, but not really a problem for us. If you have mobility issues, ask for a room on the same side as the office.

Negatives: Didn't think to ask for a ground floor room. Surprised to find limited smoking rooms.

Negatives: Not that clean and staff is very rude.

Negatives: Nothing. Does needd the walls touched up

Negatives: The TV remote only works if you point it behind the tv

Negatives: As a paying customer, I do NOT like nor appreciate not feeling comfortable NOR being disrespected by a “man” or owner/operator of the property! When a customer books a room here, that room is theirs until checkout at 11AM!!! Not only did I get very sick and was not feeling well at all on my day of checkout but my spouse and I had just gotten a bad phone call and was dealing with other horrible news right as we were packing to head out. I had an email pop up where the hotel checked me out at 9:44am while I was still there even! Then the wife calls at 10:30 asking if I’d checked out yet, which I told her we were packing things up now,getting ready and that we’d be out by 11. As we’re taking a few things out to the car I’m watching the husband walk back and forth, back and forth, around the place and peeping in all the rooms. So it’s 5 minutes till 11, we have the door open and heading out. My spouse is standing there as I stop to put tip money into the envelope for the wife who cleans the rooms as I was also in a phone call which I had on speakerphone in my pocket. This man actually has the audacity to stop at the door and literally start yelling at us about only having 4 minutes left to get out, his wife was waiting to clean the room, asking us if we were serious blah blah blah! So damn unprofessional and disrespectful! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, disrespected or pissed off as I was that day and at that moment! At the same time I have people on the phone, in my pocket, hearing the whole thing! People that also have booked at this hotel that will now never EVER book with them again! I’ve always seen him practically every time I’ve been there over the years pacing back and forth all around the rooms watching everyone and everything and felt an uneasy, uncomfortable feeling but always overlooked it. THIS incident;however, was ridiculous and uncalled for!!!
