Positives:
On my first night there they put a large family upstairs from us. Those people screamed and made every kind of noise you could think of until 3:49 AM then again at 6 AM a kid woke up screaming like he was being murdered up there. I called the office three separate times I even threatened to call the police long story short. I barely got three hours of sleep Then I only received $9.98 for an adjustment. What a slap in the face.

I did not like that for all my inconvenience. They only adjusted the bill $9.98. The manager was a joke. What a rip off I barely got three hours of sleep and that’s all they gave me for an adjustment $9.98.I will never stay at another red roof and again in my life.

The cleanliness. Not vacuumed, pillows smelled like dirty hair, when we pulled back the bedding a pill fell out. Very beat up …..lock was almost broken off door, hanging off.
