The sheer curtains in the room were torn and disintegrating. So I told the staff I wanted them to know so I wasn't charged. They moved me across the hall and those curtains were in the same disrepair. Other than that it was okay

the staff was very unfriendly when checking Josie did not smile or say hello or anything but initial here and sign here here is your room the elevator is there when checking out the girl had a jacket on so I could not see her name acted like it was a huge inconvenience to print a receipt not what I am used to when staying at Best Western
