The desk clerk was very friendly & very helpful, & professional.

It was a little uncomfortable where we were about to park. Several People were parked outside sitting in their cars and felt like they were watching those arriving, as you could tell they were not customers. Because their vehicles were no longer parked later that night. They could have been working there, but it looks conspicuous. Hopefully they were just workers but for the safety of the customers seems like they should have a more inconspicuous place to park. Not in the customer parking. Other than that it was not all that bad. The beds were uncomfortable and the drawers would not close in the room. We di appreciate the good service & that is what customers appreciate the most. Didn't care for breakfast but coffee was very good & hot.

Everything is convently located within the hotel. Guest laundry is super cheap compared to laundry mats.

The location is perfect surrounded by stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
The ac wasn’t working and making loud noises when turnt on. The restroom needed more cleaning there was hair in the sink and toilet from the previous costumers. Some of the furniture needs fixing there’s dents and scratches on the table and refrigerator. Carpets need more deep cleaning from old stains.
