The hotel was In a convenient location, close to everything. Some of the staff were friendly.
Negatives:
The AC needed to be fixed, no hot water, even after putting in a new boiler, coffee pot was dirty, need to change bedding, smelled. And the pool was closed the whole time we was there, my daughter was pretty upset.

They canceled everyone’s reservation and charged us all as no shows. They were rude at the front desk (which I get they got the brunt in but the front desk lady said “put me in that f**king office” with ALL of our children right there referring to something about management, which is clearly poor. People were getting keys to rooms with other people already sitting in that were double booked. One of our friends who did get in her room found bed bugs and mold. We immediately demanded a refund and left. Between the awful interactions, disgusting rooms, and leaving us without a hotel, I would never recommend.

Terrible service and bed bugs!

The hotel audited the account on the wrong day. This cancelled our group's rooms and charged everyone. Not only did they not have the rooms, they were putting people into rooms others had checked into and....they charged everyone before they ever got there as a no show. We all stood in line while they were frustrated and worked to cancel our rooms. Then they could not guarantee the refund to the accounts for 10 days.

My room was double booked and wasn't even sure they'd have us a room by 3pm. They would call us as soon as they figured it out-Manager said. Tried calling 5x before I came in. No response. The next day I tried calling 15x and still no response. Still no refund for crap service
