Positives:
Leaving the next morning.
Negatives:
Location almost impossible to get to, even with gps. The property was shabby and unkempt. Smelled awful, probably from years of masking with air freshener. Flickering light in the hallway. Burn marks on the bathroom counter. Sticky bathroom floor. Yuck! I could go on.

Rooms were extremely small. Hair in shower and beds. Breakfast was a joke. Reserved queen beds and got full size.

The rooms small and not cleaned every day. The shower was short and terrible shower head. There was a weird oder in the stairwell.

The manager had to re-key our card 5 times. The first room we were given someone was already sleeping in. The 2nd room we got the key didn't work, so after going back to the desk he re made the key, took us to the room and when opened discovered it hadn't been cleaned yet... at 1am. So he left and he made the key. He came back after awhile and had clearly checked the room(s) before he gave us another one... Because the key sleeve had multiple rooms scratched off. The staff either don't communicate or their cleaning system doesn't exist.

It was very filthy  bugs and the bedding had stains on them that looked like it was not washed in a long time and carpet was sticky every with shoes on was not happy at all
