Our shower did not drain while taking a shower and there was no heavy window covering we had to pull together the heavy drap and clip it so nobody would see in our window the ac didn't work well if you showered at night it made the room like a sauna and felt like wet sheets when you crawled in bed very dissatisfied

Dirty, old. Very dirty!
Bath tub did not drain. Loose tile in the bathroom. Shower curtain rod was broken and loose. Three towels for the family suite - and suite is a joke! Two mismatched twin beds in a creepy, strange room off of a regular room- the children refused to sleep in there! The fitness area had no towels, no wipes for the outdated equipment, and a water fountain that did not work. On the second day, the door to the pool and fitness area was locked and Staff said they did not know how to unlock it, so no one could use the facilities.
The breakfast was mediocre at best .
