They did not have a handicap accessible room as requested upon booking. We arrived and the clerk told me if neither of us was in a wheelchair he couldn't give us a handicap accessible room.

The toilet ran nonstop for the entire stay and leaking at the bottom all over the floor, the entry door had feet prints and what appeared to be a battering ram circular dent in it. Upon opening the door, it was 100% obvious that the door had been beat down repeatedly as the safety lock had been moved and rescrewed 6 different times after counting all the screw holes. The people in the office were absolutely garbage. They actually tried to tell us we would not be getting our deposit back because the toilet had been leaking the entire time and we should have refused the room. The beds were twin size doubles on what looked to be either full or queen size platforms, and im almost positive there was a career prostitute 2 doors down with more traffic than the golden gate bridge the entire stay. All this and my car was almost broken into on 2 different ocassions within the 2 nights we stayed
