No elevator, the place was in need of various repairs , cleaning and painting. The night staff was very sarcastic and not very helpful. The walls were very thin could hear everything going on in the halls. I will never stay there again.

The property was not properly cleaned. I found a dead ant in my bed. The window was broken, allowing other bugs to enter the facility. The sheets were dirty, lots of sand and other dirt in the bed. There was not any soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. There was not a tv remote and only one channel was available. We could not change the channel.

Staff was very helpful, the hotel was very convenient to US69/75. Rooms are clean and appear to be recently remodeled.
Negatives:
Bedding sheets were loose and came off the mattress, we had to redo them in order to sleep.

Good place for an overnight,...
Positives:
Breakfast was great. Not a lot of choices but what was there was good. Stayed at a different hotel a few days before and everything was burnt, so very pleased yours was not. Only complaint on Breakfast was that the hot foods were not warm, everyone was microwaving the food as well as the coffee.
Negatives:
When we first arrived and got out of the car, there was immediately a very strong smell of Marijuana. The closer we walked to the front of the building (we parked on the side) the stronger the smell became. Once we reached the front there was a guy walking back into the hotel and a guy sitting out front smoking a cigarette. At first we thought it was the guy sitting there but realized he had a cigarette, however, whoever was smoking the Marijuana had tried to put it out in the cigarette butt thing but didn't actually put it out and it was still burning in the ashtray thing. Guy at front desk was nice gave us our room key. Was a little spooky walking to the room because people were just sitting outside the doors (we realize this isn't the hotels fault, but it was a little creepy). When we got in the room there was a big red stain on the carpet ( could have been kool-aid) went to put our stuff in the mini fridge and there was stuff in there already ( I assume from the previous people) finally went to take a shower and there was no shampoo. There was conditioner, lotion, and a body soap bar, but no shampoo. Needless to say the hotel wasn't bad, just a few things that didn't meet expectations.
