My key cards had deactivated the second day when I was trying to enter the side door with my hands full of items. I had to walk to the front door to ask the front desk why it wasn't working. She said that happens sometimes. She was curteous and fixed the problem, it was just an inconvenience for that to happen...

Employee are unhappy and openly complain about the job. Front desk girl lied to me about an overcharge saying the room price is more than quadruple to my by booking.com bc of taxes. However my brother was charged correct price. Then I was charged two deposits. When confronted the employee yelled at me to the point I called police. She left and the other employee refunded me, however the next day the hotel charged me the incorrect price directly - around booking.com. This was an unauthorized charge. Fortunately Booking.com got my money back.
