SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Edmond

Negatives: The smell was terrible. The room needed fresh paint. The sheets and, towels were dingy both very thin and poor quality. Their hair dryer had hair on it. I would not stay there again.

Negatives: The room was dirty when we arrived and smelled like mold. There were long black hairs in the bathtub, stains on the bed covers, crumbs on the floors, the mirror was dirty like it had been wiped with a wet washcloth. We were traveling and planned to eat breakfast before we left. When we went to have breakfast at 6:02am (breakfast starts at 6am) nothing was even turned on. I couldn’t even get coffee or juice.

Negatives: It wasn't really clean. The ledge by the window was pretty dirty. The bathroom was ok but the side of the tub was dirty.

Negatives: Toilet was clogged air conditioner wasn't cold no wifi sink in kitchen area clogged up wouldn't drain housekeeper was rude ants in cereal for breakfast paid 3 nights at 90 a night and would like refund never stay again

Negatives: The hotel week of spices of horrible smell

Negatives: The room had pubic hair all in the bathroom. Dog hair and who know what else under the mattress. Couch cushion stained. Toilet and shower stopped up. I booked a room with a pull out bed and didn't get one. Then went to try and switch rooms and was told there wasn't any more. Even tho I just booked another reservation at this hotel with 2 queens.

Negatives: breakfast was the issue. there was never enough served. each day there were people that did not get breakfast. they ran out everyday. the room keys would not stay programed. had to get them reprogrammed everytime we left the room.

Negatives: Nothing to complain about.

Negatives: Side door lock and latch were broken, so anyone could discreetly wander in. At check-in, the desk clerk insisted he had to hold my credit card for 10 minutes (couldn't explain why) and wanted to drop it off at my room. I said I'd pick it up, but had just parked my car when I got a call from his personal phone asking to come drop it off at my room. I asked him to slide it under the door but he said he wasn't allowed to do that. I had to firmly state that I didn't want him at my door and would pick it up, I was staying in the room closest to the front desk so the 15 second walk was okay with me. I'm spelling this all out because I'm still so uncomfortable with how this exchange went down. I obviously needed to cancel the card after that because he also had my home address, telephone and CVV code. I'm not saying he would have, but he could have easily gone on a shopping spree with all those required details. It was 2am and I'm a female who he knew was traveling solo. I felt incredibly unsafe and won't be returning. Also, there was a noticeable smear of blood on the bed covering that the cleaning staff had to have knowingly ignored. Adding to the yuck was a sign at the front desk that illuded to this hotel being a popular option for "quickie" stays; why else, besides how frequently it comes up, would they have to hang a sign about no refunds after 10 minutes? This was an all-around never again. *I posted a review on Google and they responded to say they'd talk to the desk guy, but said nothing about the bloody blanket. So I guess that's normal for them(?).

Negatives: No soap in the room for the shower or to wash our hair.
