I didn’t like the fact that my son was charged twice and they have done nothing to make it right. FIX IT AND GIVE BACK THE MONEY! I told the guy in the office that we paid online and he said he only needed to verify the card but instead he charged us again.

Positives:
The location near I-40 is convenient and the staff was helpful. Pricing is very reasonable - wouldn't mind paying little more for better kept facilities.
Negatives:
Poor maintainance of the rooms: first room we got had a broken bathroom light/exhaust combo. We were given an upgrade to another room which felt a little damp and had broken electrical outlets. Breakfast is barely there with old and caked oatmeal and a few almost frozen snacks in the mini fridge which does not deserve the claim "breakfast included".
