Positives: Clean and quiet but very worn.

Negatives: No coffee pot in room, no hair dryer, only two wash cloths, one small bar of soap and had to get towels as there were only 2 bath mats, no safety assist in bath, very worn linens ie: holes in all bedding. Will look elsewhere next time.
