It was off the interstate and easy to get around to all the places we wanted to go to.
Negatives:
The room we stayed in had roaches and in the closet was mold. The carpet was nasty, and floors were filthy. Room two for another family. Member stayed had dirty sheets, and someone left a syringe on the floor. I would not choose this place again.

The desk clerk was pleasant and tried to accommodate the best she could. She advised she was the only worker there because they weee closing down after the next night and all other employees had quiet. So no way she could do it all by herself all night and day and be the front desk worker and the room cleaner all in the same. I commend her for staying and trying

The room carpet was very stained and dirty looking, The sheets and pillow cases were white and had all kinds of stains on them and appeared to be dirty. The counter top in the restroom was not wiped down, and the shower had a top to something someone had used in the stopper area. The toilet stool rain constantly after flushing it for the first time. I had to ask for an iron.And they charge a $100 incidental fee for an unsatisfactory room. I also read they served breakfast and she said no we are closing down for renovation to be a different hotel so we are not doing breakfast anymore. If I had know all of this I would have never booked there. I kept my reservation because I didnt want to break my reservation agreement and be charged for not keeping it because I didnt get there until after 7 and you must cancel before 4:30 with no charge. I really feel I should get a full refund or at least half of my money back.

It took 3 rooms to find a room that had been properly cleaned. The floors were filthy, trash piled up by the elevator and smelled like dog crap!

Checked in to a dirty room, food left in refrigerator floor dirty. Was moved to second room and found this when I pulled back the sheets. Also the tub was backed up from just taking a shower.

Positives:
The room was nice and bed was very comfy. It was the quietest room I have stayed at in a long time (which great due to the fact that there was a major US highway very close to the hotel)
Negatives:
1) could not check in until 4:05 2) the emergency exit (that is on the south end of building & opposite of the front desk) was locked 3) the sign at the front desk says checkout is at 11am and in room says 12pm. 4) there's a 10 day hold on my $100 depo
