We had no power, cool air, or hot water for a shower Saturday Night or Sunday morning. There were no lights and it was very difficult to maneuver in the room and get our belongings to the car. There was no assistance from hotel management.

I was there 5 days and seen house cleaning one time to take trash and pull up the sheets on the beds. I had to get my own towels from the front desk. The price that I was charged for the room was not the same as when I reserved the room on the internet. It was very unacceptable. I will never stay there again.

Furniture needs updating badly. Carpet is very outdated and dirty. The musky smell of cigarettes and urine is trapped in the carpet. I went and bought Febreeze for our room.
