There was no sitting chair in my room the desk chair was broken no coffee pot the lady at the desk was rude I felt bad for asking for new towels and stayed for five days I felt like I was totally gaslighted when booking the only pic that matched was the one of the outside

I booked a king room. Told they only had double available. The bathroom was dirty from plumber and water was not turned on. Moved to another room. Which turned out to be a king room like I booked, and told they didn’t have one available . In that room the AC/heat did not work.

False advertisements, Rude Staff, Dirty towels and sheets, no breakfast, broken showers and pipes, no sense of security,Staff works in same pajamas during my entire stay, Hotel should be Shut down. I couldnt get Any assistance with getting my refund back

The receptionist was fantastic despite having to handle an internal issue with the staff, easily multitasking but putting customers first. She took my request for a handicap accessible room seriously, planning ahead. The room was large, clean, and comforting. We will be back.
