Fairly new and very nice room and motel.
Negatives:
The morning breakfast had no one looking after the food. orange Juice ran out and so did the coffee and was not refilled when we were there.

Family oriented. Great 4th of July celebration. Creeks are nearby. And my nephew is the local police officer. We chose Locust for those reasons. The hotel staff was very nice.

Beds were extremely firm Pillows were not at all Breakfast was barely warm They were under a water boil order in the county so we had to drive 21 miles for food. We were not told till 9:30 at night after trying to call restaurants. Pool was not ope

The room was set up like a studio apartment with a half wall separating the sleeping area and the sitting room/office. It was well thought out and would have been great for a prolonged stay.
Negatives:
The microwave was a little too small to let a full size popcorn turn without getting stuck. This is the only thing I could not brag on and didn't affect my stay.

5 am is a really bad time to find the shower faucet is broke... not a single drop of water.
