Being lied to. I called to make sure they had a recumbent bike. Thats why I picked it They did not have one. When I filed a complaint. They did nothing. I will research which companies they own. No more business.

There's a gap under the door, so you can hear everything that happens in the hallway, the room can get often very noisy because of that. Lighting is inadequate. Outdated heating unit makes the temperature fluctuate too much. The revolving chair in my room was horribly dirty, i asked for a new one and they brought me another one that was dirty as well, had to clean it myself. Overpriced.

The check in person was hard to understand, she became frustrated when I couldn’t understand her. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain. Had to flush the toilet serval times to empty.
Negatives:
Hard to find th entrance from the road. Hard to communicate with. Toliet & sink didn’t work properly in the room.
