Booked a double queen with a sofa bed. Handicap accessible. Was put in a king single Handicap accessible except tub was not. Same price. Was not told about change when checking in nor was I charged single king price. Felt like bait and switch.

That cleaning ladies walked in My room at 9.am check out is not til 11 ... plus knocked on door at least 3 times too waking up my granddaughter... they don't speak English they should communicate who is checked out with front desk...the 2nd floor was freezing when it was freezing outside....

If ever back to Eufaula...
Positives:
I loved everything about this location. It was very convenient . As soon as we arrived a friendly receptionist greeted us and check us in. She was exceptional. We enter the room and smelled amazing. Super fresh and clean. We decided to take the kids down to the pool. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect. We will definitely choose this location for our next events.

Very happy with the stay. I was originally put in a room with a connecting room. Since i was traveling alone, I asked to be switched to another room for safety and was put into a great room with small living area. I appreciated the accommodation very much.

The hotel was under construction, which we did not know when we booked. It was a mess. The pool was closed. I did not feel safe: the man who checked us in announced my name and room number to the entire lobby. When he assigned us a room that was open and had an industrial fan blowing in it, he didn’t believe me when I came back to say that we needed a different room. He more or less accused me of lying. The elevators were under construction. Paint was peeling in the halls. The towel rack in our room had standing dust; the sheets and comforter were stained.
