Negatives: Service was inconsistent. Towels were not put into room our second night stay.

Negatives: The marijuana smell

Negatives: They charge an extra amount and don't refund it for up to 10 days. To go and get the room again the dude tried to get me to go down when he was not on duty, 9 to 10am. But I wanted to do it at 6am before I went to sleep.

Negatives: Condition of the rooms, the smell of weed through out the hotel, carpets were so stained and sticky, no fresh towels were offered for 2nd night stay, one guest had a large dog not on the leash while sitting in the car with our yorkie he tried to jump at her through the window growling and barking trying to get her, sign at front desk clearly states all pets have to be leashed. The breakfast was average kids were everywhere at the breakfast bar coughing around food and helping themselves, We stayed here a few years ago and loved it, the rooms were clean and hotel smelled clean, and was well kept, so we booked again this time we were very disappointed, best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff!!!

Negatives: Kids running the halls all night! Homeless person sleeping in the hall until well after midnight. our phone didn’t work. I had to call front desk from my cell phone. The entire hotel reeks of marijuana and cigarettes like there is no filtration system.

Negatives: Floors and furniture stained, showing its age.

Negatives: The hallway floor needed to vacuum and shampooed. The room floor needed the same treatment, The tub had hair in it, and the pull out bed had crumbs on it, and stains on the mattress.

Negatives: My shower got to like warm at best, TV remote wouldnt let me change channels up only down. Killed a roach in my friends room.

Negatives: Overall, the facility was poorly kept. Rooms were not well cleaned & had an odor. Our shower faucet fell off, fridge didn’t work and wouldn’t open, air conditioner did not work correctly. The staff was incredibly unhelpful in these matters.

Negatives: The smell is awful, from the hallway to the room. It was a citrus like air freshener that was definitely covering the smell of cigarettes and cannabis. And it was setting off my entire family's allergies. All the carpets were stained and dirty.
