Convenient location. Although I didn't interact with the staff much during my stay, the little I did was pleasant and staff was responsive to my needs.
Negatives:
Besides the bathtub faucet not attached to the valve correctly and falling off in my hands, the hot water took forever to get hot.

It doesnt look like much from the outside but our room was great! We needed the handicapped accessible room. It was large, the bed was comfortable, the heat/air worked nicely. Our check in was seamless. I could hear traffic but that doesnt bother me and my sister uses a cpap so . Was it Buckingham Palace, no but I would definitely stay here again. I booked this as a stopover to go from Nebraska to Galveston for a cruise. No bugs either! That made me happy.

The bed was comfortable and the mini-fridge did keep my beverage cold. Thats a win.
Negatives:
The AC did not keep up with the heat in SeptemberTthe Entry door had duct tape and boxes coveringment threshold. The electric lock took several attempts to open. The TV did not work There was a llot of Road noise in the unit, I-35 is about 200ft close.

The location and price was decent for the event that we were going to.
Negatives:
That I already paid and booked the room with a confirmation number and when arrived I was told that there wasn't any more king rooms but would charge me the price of room I already paid for. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get the room I booked because it wasn't cleaned or clean. They did a rush job of just remaking the bed and grabbing the one set of dirty towels and never replacing them. Floors were gritty and dirty.

There were dead crickets in the bathroom & room. It also had a bad smell to the room, had to go buy air freshner to be able to stay in there
