When we first stayed here 6yrs ago it was very nice dont knw what happened poor management first day i seeing a glass cup on a balcony and then a worker showed up he picked it up and sat it back down and it stayed in the same spot for days Rooms were still dirty yes it was a pet friendly room but carpets needs shampoo there where still dried up poop in the carpet bath tub had a slight black ring in it and breakfast food could have been better had to get breakfast somewhere else

Location is close to the fairgrounds as well as restaurants and shopping. Maintenance was quick to replace a light bulb that was out. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfy.
Negatives:
Property is a little older and could you use a few repairs in places, but it didn't affect our stay. I didn't realize when I booked that it is a motel (no indoor corridor for room access). The one elevator seems to be on its last leg.
