Negatives:
The TV and Shower didnt work in our room. I was told and was even put in writing that a discount would be issued and a free night stay. The manager and the night staff person Miguel play he said and she said lie game.

Positives:
The room was great. It was an easy drive to several nice downtown restaurants.
Negatives:
Breakfast didn't start till 7 a.m., which made it difficult to get an early start. Unlike most hotels, there was no coffee before 7 a.m., either. The in-room coffee was terrible, of course. The orange juice was more water than juice. There was a 10-minute wait for the one waffle maker. Not a satisfactory breakfast.

The rooms are large. Free parking and free breakfast. Kitchen nook was nice if we had been staying longer.
Negatives:
Air conditioner was not cold enough and when it cycled on and off it made a loud swishing sound. No indoor pool.

best all around that i have found for the price in OKC. rooms were big with plenty room, bathroom was modern and big as well. room looked new and very clean. pictures can not explain what you are paying for and we hope we helped. good job and 10 stars.

needs ash tray outside and i can deal with that after seeing inside our room.

The breakfast was fair quality, not excellent. But I love few. The room was comfortable and thank you for free parking. I can't believe some hotels are charging for parking. Please keep yours free!

We really appreciated its nearness to the lively Bricktown scene and the availabilty of a shuttle to and from the area.

The location to Bricktown, and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Our room smelled like it had been smoked in very heavily and then a heavy scent to try and cover it up. It gave me an instant headache. The floor between levels are wood and you can hear every footstep made from the people staying above you .

I have stayed multiple times and the hotel staff are always very polite and the breakfast good. Great location in Bricktown and close to many restaurants/attractions
