It has gone downhill and we’re not going back.

We had to wait at least 5 minutes for a front desk gal to appear so we could check in. We rang the bell, hollered hello, nothing until she finally appeared from the office and asked what we needed, in a very non-friendly voice. She denied that we had to wait. She was not welcoming.
When we got to the room, the air was off and room was very warm.
We received a text asking if we needed anything, I replied to ask what time was breakfast. Never got a response. In the morning we got a text telling us check out was noon.
Bed was worn and not comfortable. Bathroom was dirty and had stains on wall under sink.

The Mgr Nancy was the only good thing about this hotel and worked really hard at trying to get my money back and work with me on the phone while dealing w others checking in and out. She was great !

The hotel was disgusting...again old poop on floor. Blood in bath something else on walls. Horribly unclean and disgusting!!!!

The system was down and four customers ahead and myself had to wait 20 minutes to check in. The pool is right there as you enter. The water was brown/dirty, although people were in it. The floor entering the elevator was missing the trim strip. The room was musty smelling, like mildew/mold. We immediately left to go to Walmart to buy Lysol. There was a bug in the bathtub. The drawers to all the dressers wouldn't stay closed. When we came back and told the staff we were too uncomfortable to stay there, he went to check the room to see if we had used anything. We had not even used the toilet. I asked him about the smell in the room. He said they all smelled like that. I said, "If you know that, why don't you do something about it? Instead of having people rent these rooms. I booked the room because the reviews I saw said it was new and clean. It is most assuredly not new or clean if it smells like that. I could never sleep there comfortably.
