The hotel room has roaches everywhere, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom I had to go out and buy some, the phone wasn't even hooked up.

The hotel is very dirty, it has many cockroaches and inception, that was disgusting, that had never happened to me, the one in the office is very heavy.

As we arrived after a long flight from Germany, the woman on the front desk told us we wouldn't have a Reservation. But i had the confirmstion on my cellphone. I told her i would book again over booking.com because of the price but than she answerd she won't give us the room for this price. It doesn't matter if i book it or not.

I booked on thisl site and paid the office still made me pay the Renton cash said the reservation never came through and that if I didn't pay cash I could leave charged me a late fee and dog fee then when I left only gave me 15 of my 40 dollar deposit very upset and still have not heard anything from this site about returning my money
