Beds were FIRM, but clean & lots of linen. Crib bed was ROCK HARD, but they gave us extra blankets etc.

There were ants into the room and mold in bathroom. The bathroom door was also torn at the bottom , very worn room for embassy suites. Bed was uncomfortable. I was approached at my car by a homeless man when I left at 5:15am. There needs to be security.

The A/C in our room barely worked. Called and asked for a fan. They would even try to help or move us to a different room. The bathtub was dirty. The glass cups they provide were so nasty. Had greasy finger and lip prints on them. The beds were poorly made. I itched the entire night and not to mention we were missing pillows and the lamp on the night stand didn't work. Definitely not what worth what I paid. If they were at least kind and tried being helpful I could probably be more understanding. But they were absolutely no help!!

When I arrived I found that the only Desk clerk altered my reservation to give it to somebody with the same last name, but different first and middle names then gave me the key to a room that was currently occupied. Twice!!
I was told that there were no other rooms. Manager was off site. Because I had already paid online for the room, I told the desk clerk to get me a comparable room in another hotel, and went to dinner. When I came back, the desk clerk had been replaced and the room I had paid for was ready for me. The rest of my stay was high quality as expected.’

The floor has a hole in the carpet that they cover up with the footstool. The freezer is badly iced over and needs defrosted in the mini fridge. We stayed in the same room twice and nothing has been done. I emailed and told them also.. The house keepers are supposed to be checking out the rooms and turning in that kind of stuff.
