When I arrived I found that the only Desk clerk altered my reservation to give it to somebody with the same last name, but different first and middle names then gave me the key to a room that was currently occupied. Twice!!
I was told that there were no other rooms. Manager was off site. Because I had already paid online for the room, I told the desk clerk to get me a comparable room in another hotel, and went to dinner. When I came back, the desk clerk had been replaced and the room I had paid for was ready for me. The rest of my stay was high quality as expected.’

The floor has a hole in the carpet that they cover up with the footstool. The freezer is badly iced over and needs defrosted in the mini fridge. We stayed in the same room twice and nothing has been done. I emailed and told them also.. The house keepers are supposed to be checking out the rooms and turning in that kind of stuff.
