There were cockroaches everywhere. I wasn't given the beds or room I booked for, and wasn't offered the proper room. The fold out bed was stained and I had to ask for sheets, blankets, and pillows. Carpet was stained and torn. Air conditioner was loud and ineffective. Horrible experience.

Room & lobby had a strange smell.
Breakfast was rather paltry. We thought we were getting a regular breakfast in the breakfast room. It was grab & go. Very few choices were offered.
No clerk was on staff at check in or check out time. We had to walk the halls to find a clerk to assist us.
Swimming pool was closed for the season.
