Extended Stay America Suites - Oklahoma City - NW Expressway

Negatives: The room was dirty apron arrival dirty washcloth hair in the sink razor cap in the drain in tub it was so unsafe I witnessed a shooting the 3 day I was scared and my daughter got me another Hotel I will never ever stay at that hotel again

Negatives: I checked into the Extended Stay - NW Expressway location around midnight, expecting a quiet and clean environment. Unfortunately, my experience was severely lacking. The room was not only dirty, but I also found dirty towels in the bathroom, adding to my discomfort. To make matters worse, the television was not hooked up to any cable, leaving me without even the option to drown out the noise. The night was further disrupted by a loud birthday party in the rooms across from and next to mine, with yelling that continued throughout the night without intervention from the hotel staff. After enduring hours of this chaos, I had no choice but to check out at 4 AM. This stay was extremely disappointing, and I urge the hotel to address these issues promptly to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems.

Negatives: I had to get a refund the carpet had fleas so bad and I’m allergic to them

Negatives: We scheduled arrival between 22:00-23:00 , I called to let them know we had hit some traffic and it may be 23:30 when we got there. I was told “you stay is only good until 2:00am for check in”. This wasn’t noted anywhere in the policy or in my previous called to ask about pet check in. I asked for a ground floor room because my dog is paralyzed and upon arrival no ground floor rooms were available. When we got up stairs to the room they assigned us the key didn’t work. Once we got a new key and were able to enter the room the entire room smelled of urine and the bed was even worse. The floor was sticky and we couldn’t even really go inside. I went back down stairs and they gave us a new room on the ground floor. This room thankfully didn’t smell of urine but was filthy. None of the surfaces were wiped down, the bathroom counter and vanity still had tooth paste on them, the bathtub was filthy and the floors was again sticky. I couldn’t even shower there, the curtain was molded and disgusting. The towels didn’t smell like they had been changed either. The rooms have kitchenettes, but the fridge, counter, stove and microwave were again filthy and there is not even 1 bowl left in the cabinets for use. The bedspreads and sheets were covered in cigarette burn holes and stains. The beds weren’t terribly uncomfortable. 2 of the outlets did not work and 2 of the lights didn’t work either. Unless you are desperate I would avoid this location. I have stayed at SO MANY extended stays and never been in one this dilapidated and poorly maintained.

Negatives: The bed, the bathroom and the environment

Negatives: Smells bad. Dirty rooms, bugs, growi growing mold

Negatives: They need to fix things repair, spray to remove the roaches. The staff is awesome ..they do try to meet all needs

Negatives: They refused to give me my travel nurse discount, the place smelled awful, there was notes written in permanent marker saying to clean up after your self written on the microwave and stove and they both had food left on them from before me.

Negatives: The first room we were in did not have a working smoke detector. The tv did not work initially. the beds were very uncomfortable. There were cigarette burn on the blanket. The worst part was the toilet would not flush. We were offered a different room and when we began to move we found cockroaches in the new room. The conditions were horrible and we left the second day in the afternoon. So we were subject to late checkout.
