Totally dissatisfied. I thought Hamptons were supposed to be nice. Coffee pot had dirty water left in from previous resident. Dust ruffle on bed was hanging off the bed onto the ground. Poor lighting. Had to go ask for cups. Bed and furniture were OLD.

That they lied about the pool being open even though I called the day before our trip to make sure. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool area had been calling all week to make sure it would be open, and the day of the stay we get in change to go swim and discover it was closed. Staff was rude and basically told us that's just how luck goes and it wasn't their problem.

The location is very convenient for the purpose and areas of the city that I had plans to see.

Check in was for 3pm, however due to staffing issues, we did not have a room available until around 445pm.

After I checked in, the service was fine. Comfortable bed and good breakfast

I was arriving at midnight at the airport, and I had informed from the beginning of my reservation a month before that I would arrive after midnight. The hotel didnt say anything, and only three days before I received an automated message saying that I could not check-in after midnight. Even after calling them and calling booking, they maintained that position, which was quite stressful. Then, one day before I receive the email saying I could check-in online beforehand through the Hilton app, which I did. So, in the end, why didnt they at least tell me I could sort things out with the online check-in?
