The desk clerk, Sammy, was a dream. We were in town to visit out great nephew and great niece, 5& 3, it was their birthday. We asked Sammy if it would be allowed if they swim, she said of course. They swam, we went back to our suite and had birthday cupcakes and presents they had a blast. The next morning. My daughter and my g-daugter came and were invited to join us for your amazing breakfast bar, what a selection! Everything was fresh and hot.and super clean and stocked with all yummy breakfast goodies. I would like to say a very special thank you for allowing us to check out late which let the granddaughter swim an hour extra. Thank you for making our stay an absolute pleasure!
Negatives:
The carpet throughout the ground floor, in rooms and hall needs replacing, looks out of date and dirty. The fold out sofa in our suite had stains all over it. The upholstery needs clean. Also the bathroom vent was covered in dust, my husband cleaned it off himself. Also as I am unfamiliar with the area this Hampton by Hilton was in a questionable neighborhood. So glad the pool was indoor and we were able to park infront of our room windows.

Sammy was so very helpful and asked us about our day and adventures each day. Even suggested places.

The hotel was super clean and staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
We got a room with a jacuzzi tub. The jets didnt work and the water in the shower and tub kept going off and getting cold. We took our kids to the pool area. The pool was clean and nice. However, there was no ventilation and it was extremely hot in there and hard to breathe. We let staff know about our issues and they were very helpful and just all around amazing.

Absolutely loved the spa tub and how large the room was! Another thing I kept gushing over was how amazing the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel smelled. Breakfast was decent, better than most hotels I have been to with a wider variety of items. Everything was very clean and homey. The pool is nice. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Bed could've been a little more comfortable but was sufficient. Only complaints on the room were that it wasn't as quiet as I would've liked from the neighboring rooms, the bathroom door also stuck and one of our card keys quit working on the first day (as did the replacement). The front desk staff wasn't there as often as I expected so we couldn't ask questions other than at check in. This place could use more luggage carts-- we only saw one in the lobby the entire time we were there which made checking out a little more difficult.
