Hotel was clean but outdated. It was advertised as having a full service restaurant, it dis not. Breakfast consisted of a buffet and was charged for it, however they had already started putting all the food up.

The staff was very polite. Check in was handled quickly.

Room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. The air conditioning unit was very noisy. There were no clean towels the second night we were there. We were told we could use pool towels located in the swimming pool area. We chose to use hand towels.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. Not only did they fail to return my pet deposit, but the overnight staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service.

The fact that the cook didnt show up which the manager did apologize for. There was some food didnt taste good ( cereal and the breads) I realize that things happen and dont hold this against them.

The dinner we did order..it was barely eatablethe nachos were bad!!!! And showed in the menu that you could add pickles!!!! The burgers small and no choice of vegetables!!! French fries were cold and soggy!!!!
