Positives:
The staff was very friendly. We stayed here in May, and the service was really good then. As I mentioned in my last review I had left my pillow and when we returned thus time which was 3 weeks later they still had it.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was big enough for the 2 of us. I would recommend thus place if you are staying for 1 day or a week., you will not be disappointed.

The lady up front at the desk for the late shift was extremely nice and welcoming.
Negatives:
Room was unsatisfactory due to the bathroom not properly cleaned. Towels, soap and shampoo was in place, however the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly especially around the toilet and floor. What seemed like a pool party went on until at least midnight which we understand it was just extremely loud with music.

The maintenance man was very nice. He had to come quite often unfortunately.
Negatives:
There was a huge sticky spot outside my door. There were roaches. The toilet was broken and required daily maintenance at least once. The last day they re-sealed the whole thing right before I checked out. The seat was all ripped up and the ironing board had disgusting stains that looked liked dried blood. The room smelled like ashtray and wet carpet, I had my sister move her dress to another family members room so it wouldn't get the smell. Absolutely AWFUL!!

I enjoyed the recliner, the very comfortable bed / pillows. and pool. The breakfast was good but would’ve appreciated a few healthy items such as fruit or yogurt. Otherwise it was good!
