Positives:
There were 2 showers in our King bed suite (our daughter used the cushions from the couch to sleep in one of them) and the suite is HUGE!!! It was perfect for me, my husband, our daughter and my mom. The accessibility for my mom walking with a walker was perfect in the room and bathroom because it was such a spacious area. The living area had a pullout couch and its own tv, so we were all able to stay comfortably, but shut the door to sleep if my mom watched tv all night. There was also accessibility from the bedroom or living area to the restroom. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The pool is small and not all the ice machines were working. The microwave and fridge are small, but I guess that is standard size for most hotel rooms. They were just very small in comparison to this room. Those weren’t game changers for us though.

we had one thing of coffee in room for 2 ppl, 1 washcloth, the back of the remote was missing.

The housekeeping lady was so rude and knocking at 10am to clean when clearly we have until 12 noon. The parking was awful and had to park in another facility! The bathroom had toy size toiletries that was even funny to consider using that!
