Roaches and flies in room, needle on the floor, smelled like an ashtray, Staff were apologetic to my face but senior family members seemed apathetic at best. Trash all over the courtyard. I stayed not even an hour and couldn't get a full refund.

Room was very dirty, dead roach's everywhere, stains on sheets. Very bad smell. Would not recommend to stay.

Blood spattered in bathroom. Cockroaches no clean sheets desk said they didn't have any. No clean towels. Drug addicts prowling asking for money. Etc etc

Nothing, 2 homeless people broke into the room I just paid for and I never got a refund... Soooo pissed!

Bad neighborhood, druggies everywhere, homeless brokw into my room, pool was out, overpriced, i did not like this hotel and i dont like that i did not gef refunded or asked if there was anything anyone could do to make it up to me and apologize.

This hotel allowed a quiet place to relax for cheap.

The first room was still completely dirty from prior guest. The second room was clean but lacked supplies. Like remote for tv, trash can, blanket, front fest provided these were taken care of the next morning. FYI FULL KITCHEN Is not useable.

The room was filthy there were bugs everywhere they charged me and extra 10 dollars we didn't even stay 2 hours we went somewhere else

I will never stay in this motel again. I did not feel safe, the "smoke free" suite we stayed in was permeated with cigarette smoke, and there was off and on noise and wall banging all night long.

Nothing. This hotel would rate a 1/2 star.

The only saving grace was the location. But we were passing through along I-40. Next time we will drive further out of the way or stay outside of town to get an affordable room. This hotel was over priced and terrible.
