I always have a good stay. If I need anything I am always taken care of.
Great Stay For The Value
Housekeeping staff which were mostly minorities and happened to be the only good thing at this property. Mostly friendly/accommodating and always willing to doing their job to make your stay better in a professional manner
Diverse minority staff during the day and racist bigot staff at night. Some customers staying here had more than two pets in the room however, I a solo female traveler was verbally attacked by staff in the middle of the night and discriminated by forcing me to leave their hotel by the next day. Literally had to call police and contact corporate to show proof via video that the staff member did not realize I took of them as well as pictures of other customers with more than two animals in their rooms. Also the homeless population around this hotel and other hotel chains that are literally feet away engulf the property. It makes the entire area a very high traffic slightly unsecure area. If you have to stay there keep your antennas up
If you have to stay...
1) when I went in to the room after renting it I immediately noticed large stains on the sheet, and bed comforter. I contacted the front desk and was told they would make a note of it.
Family loved the extra space, the sofa bed, and that it was close to I-40.
There was a lot of trash in the surrounding area.
it’s right by the highway so all day and night you hear big trucks
Didn't stay...awaiting my refund. Very...
room smelled horrible. the carpet was torn up and nails were sticking out. the beds didn’t feel like they had been cleaned.
Alot of bums walking around.
Saw a woman go into multiple construction workers rooms, pretty sure she was prostitute. Made me not even want to leave my room. Not ideal for a family stay at all.
