The room was clean, the staff was great, breakfast was good & everything we wanted to do was at least 10 minutes away, so great location as well.
Negatives:
I have no complaints, everything was near perfect for our stay, I think the only thing I might have a minor complaint about is the fact that I didn't know there was a hot tub until we arrived.

Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was great and very helpful. We went to a Thunder game and rode the shuttle the hotel provided. Our driver was wonderful and very helpful, as well. I thought the room was great for the price.
Negatives:
Loud dog barking next door. Sounded like it was running up and down the hallway. Our room did not have a hair dryer, which caused me to panic! We had an early morning train to catch. Our front desk guy went door to door of the empty rooms looking for one for me and was able to find one! Wish I had caught his name.

I like the breakfast staff was very good at having breakfast ready and when the food finish they were on the look out on restocking it again. And Breakfast was also good better than other Hotels I been to.

I was there 3 nights 2 days and my room didnt get clean.I usally keep my room clean and organized. All I needed them to do was to vacumm and take out trash. Not sure why it wasent done. Overall everything else was excellent. Im sure their was probably a good reason why our rooms didnt get clean

The room could have been cleaner and grab bars were falling off the walls. THE ICE MACHINE located on the 4th floor in the back of a laundry room. That you have to move around the washer to get to. Not to mention the roof access ladder is right there what stops anyone from taking a tour of the roof. Very in convenience for getting ice

There were roaches in my room I was given. The laundry on all four(4) levels did not work. I was told to go across the way to a different hotel to use their working washer and dryer. The ice machine only worked on the fourth level. The breakfast was horrible, eggs were wet with water, and I watched the cook serve cold biscuits, when I informed her that they were still cold she insisted I warm them up myself in the microwave.
