I didn't like how the tv was placed in the room there was a weird noise coming from the bathroom at times and also i didn't know about having to pay for parking, the building was outdated and needed an upgrade It seemed like this is more like apartments then a hotel.

The lack of communication. The facility blames booking.com for it not communicating information about a $100 deposit. I booked through booking.com and paid for my room for two nights get to the hotel they say they need a card to swipe to pay a $100 deposit and then they say they can't take my Chime card well seems to me that the hotel hasn't communicated this to booking.com. People are blind sited by this when they go to check into the hotel. We had to call booking to add my fiance to the room and use his card then the card kept saying approved once it was swiped but the lady said my fiance bank took the money back seems like something is fishy about that maybe like fraud.
