WARNING! do not book this hotel!!! We made a reservation on June 11 for one night on JULY 18, a month before!!! We traveled by car three adults and two small children. When we arrived at the hotel at the reception they denied the existence of the reservation even though we showed the confirmation email. They didn't have a single room available. They did not help us to get other accommodation. We found a place to stay by ourselves at almost midnight.

My room was dirty stains on the chair, floor, and wall. The room had a mildew smell, the room was not dusted at all. When I brought my concerns to the front desk I was told they are remolding. This room should have not been given to anyone. I was not offered another room I even showed pictures to the front desk staff. I still was not given another room. This was my first time staying here not good first impression. The furniture in this room was dated, pictures on the wall missing picture frame pieces, mirrors had chips in them, curtains had stains barely closed. This room was awful.

Positives:
The breakfast was good, got cold fast but very yummy. The location is perfect for getting everywhere and the staff was phenomenal.
Negatives:
The room was clean but the blow dryer didn't work there was mold in the shower caulking and no toilet paper in the rooms and the couch smelled bad. This is my first less than perfect visit at any location, so I know that this location is better than this. I would say double check equipment and toiletries as well and cleaning up the rooms and breakfast area more often during the last half of breakfast

the rooms are absolutely out dated and the bathtubs had moldy looking corners. i will not be staying here with my family again.
