I forgot to grab my deposit back when I checked out over a week of staying there I literally called same day just 5 hours later because I was at work and was told I don't get deposit back it was forfeit. I have stayed lots of places and forgot many times or was running late and never have I had any other facilities keep my deposit simply because I couldn't get office at noon due to being at work.

The place was drug infested. There was needles on the stairways. I have people shooting up drugs on stairways in the rooms next to me. there was an odor that just wouldn’t go out of the rooms I changed rooms. It still was no better at that point I wanted a refund. But I stayed because it was gonna cost more to book 3 nights without an advance.

Property in dire need of upgrade! Disappointed that this is a Wyndham property. :(. Bed was broken, lamps did not work therefore no place to charge phones, fridge on its last leg, tv didn’t work - no cable, less than desirable area, loud neighbors all night and into the early morning, tears in drapes, covers looked like they needed ironing, dead fly in my bed…
