the location was great. everything was just right around the corner. the bed was very comfortable. the room was a good size for us. everyone was nice to us and cheerful.
Negatives:
there were burns in the sofa. the staff came in to clean the room on our first day there and we noticed that some of our things had been moved around. we were in the last room at the end of the hall by the laundry on the first floor and the Wi-Fi did not work so well. it kept disconnecting or wouldn’t connect to the internet at all. the staff did not notify us that the cards reset each day. the miscommunication led to us believing that we had been kicked out of our room.
