Didn’t like much. Didn’t have breakfast location fine. Tv didn’t work coffee pot didn’t work, I made reservations a month in advance ask for ground floor I’m disabled but they didn’t have one available.
Negatives:
Ask for ground floor a month before me going there. I’m disabled they didn’t have room on ground floor. I had to climb stairs and they were slick so I fell on the stairs.

Came down to visit elderly...

it was easy to locate. when I told the staff at checkout, they knew and seemed indifferent. it seems they may have no ability to make a difference. Possibly, management should listen to the staff.

The entire floor sloped in our room and the toilet wobbled badly.

Room was clean, quiet evening. Sleeping comfort was ok and the air conditioner worked fine. Was there only one night. Gal at desk was polite.

Little outdated for price, the cleaning products used were really strong. Overpowered the room the whole time. Loose toilet seat. Lamp plugs by beds didn't work, lamp in corner was ready to fall apart, so didn't even plug it in.

Breakfast lame, didn’t eat there once in 6 weeks. The staff is seriously abused and underpaid.
The manager is a thief and a weasel. He treats his staff and customers like crap and then doesn’t have the guts to speak to the guests in person or on the phone. We were harassed the entire 6 weeks for payment, he put through multiple unauthorized charges on my cards and made his poor staff take the fall for it.
